How long does my order take to ship?

Orders ship within 2–3 business days. Any quantity of scarves within an order ship for a flat rate $5 within the USA, $10 to Canada and $20 everywhere else. Your scarf will be carefully packaged to arrive ready to wear or gift.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes!

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country. International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Shipping times vary by destination and customs processing, and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

We don’t accept returns or exchanges on international orders. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email elissa@voyagersilk.com within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it.

What is your return policy? 

For customers within the USA, unworn scarves may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Simply get in touch at elissa@voyagersilk.com and I’ll help you with the next steps.
